Veg Manchurian Dry Recipe

Ingredients (सामग्री):
For the Manchurian Balls (मंचुरियन बॉल्स के लिए):
- Mixed vegetables (मिक्स सब्जियाँ) – 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Cabbage (पत्तागोभी) – ½ cup (finely chopped)
- Carrot (गाजर) – 1 small (grated)
- Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर) – 3 tbsp
- All-purpose flour (मैदा) – 2 tbsp
- Salt (नमक) – to taste
- Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च) – ½ tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
- Green chili (हरी मिर्च) – 1 finely chopped
- Oil (तेल) – for frying
For the Sauce (सॉस के लिए):
- Oil (तेल) – 1 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) – 1 tbsp
- Red chili sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस) – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar (सिरका) – 1 tbsp
- Salt (नमक) – to taste
- Spring onions (हरा प्याज) – for garnish
Instructions (निर्देश):
Make the Manchurian Balls (मंचुरियन बॉल्स तैयार करें):
- In a bowl, combine the finely chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, and others) with cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well and make small balls out of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Prepare the Sauce (सॉस तैयार करें):
- In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Combine the Balls with the Sauce (बॉल्स को सॉस में डालें):
- Add the fried Manchurian balls to the sauce and toss them gently so they are evenly coated.
Serve (परोसें):
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
