Ingredients (सामग्री):

For the Manchurian Balls (मंचुरियन बॉल्स के लिए):

  • Mixed vegetables (मिक्स सब्जियाँ) – 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Cabbage (पत्तागोभी) – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot (गाजर) – 1 small (grated)
  • Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर) – 3 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour (मैदा) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt (नमक) – to taste
  • Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च) – ½ tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
  • Green chili (हरी मिर्च) – 1 finely chopped
  • Oil (तेल) – for frying

For the Sauce (सॉस के लिए):

  • Oil (तेल) – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce (सोया सॉस) – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस) – 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar (सिरका) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt (नमक) – to taste
  • Spring onions (हरा प्याज) – for garnish

Instructions (निर्देश):

  1. Make the Manchurian Balls (मंचुरियन बॉल्स तैयार करें):

    • In a bowl, combine the finely chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, and others) with cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well and make small balls out of the mixture.
    • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  2. Prepare the Sauce (सॉस तैयार करें):

    • In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
    • Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, and salt. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine the Balls with the Sauce (बॉल्स को सॉस में डालें):

    • Add the fried Manchurian balls to the sauce and toss them gently so they are evenly coated.
  4. Serve (परोसें):

    • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot as an appetizer or main dish.
